Telephoned today and they fitted me in for a full body massage and use of pool, steam room and sauna. Lovely experience all round. Massage was excellent, deep tissue and very relaxing with lovely oils. Pool area very quiet with nice loungers and ice fountain. Gorgeous heated stone beds to relax on. Will return without fail. 5 ☆ experience and good value.
Had a lovely warm welcome by Maria who made us guests of the day. The room is a good size with plenty of storage space for bags and clothes. Ironing board, confectionery station and a large shower/bath and a big TV. The hotel is full of eye catching art and lounge seating to relax on. Also very clean throughout. Staff are very attentive and welcoming and made our stay feel very special. The Spa facilities, gym and actual spa lounge are great for couples and families. The hotel also has a two bars and fine dining restaurant. The morning breakfast is all you can eat. All and all a very relaxing and warm welcoming experience.

Stayed here with our family over the duration of our Wedding at the Secret Garden restaurant just down the road. Great service from Sarah and the rest of the staff and a very welcoming place to stay , especially if you have kids. Very reasonable prices and all you need for a two night stay. It was during the hot period in August of 2018 when we stayed but even so the rooms were reasonably cool although we brought our own fans to help out. Highly recommended. Would stay again if in Ashford. Again the staff liaison for a multiple booking was fantastic.
This was our view from our bedroom, a very noisy extractor fan! After asking if there was another room, we were told no, but if you have a couple of glasses of wine, we wouldn't hear it!! We have a great sense of humour normally, but that comment didn't go down too well. We were told it would be turned off at 9:30 and be back on at 7 in the morning. At 10:15 I had to ask it to be turned off, which was done after having a very frosty reception. It went back on at 6 in the morning, so we were not happy at all. We were told that the extractor fan had recently been upgraded to make it quieter, but I'm afraid it hadn't worked! If they have to use this room, then people should be informed prior to their arrival and at least offer them a huge discount. If not, then use it as a store room and not advertise it as a room at the price of £95.00!! We paid £70.00 in the end after complaining. Food and breakfast was good though.

Room comfortable and clean but food in restaurant is awful. Mixed grill gammon so salty as to be inedible. So called Cumberland sausages were cheap and nasty and NOT Cumberland (suspect were Irish recipe). Chips were overdone and looked and tasted like oil needed changing. Becks vier lager was flat and lifeless. Dinner was so bad, couldn't even face the thought of breakfast.
As always the staff are very friendly and welcoming but typical of holiday inns who have been cost cutting and letting standards drop the past couple years, rooms are starting to look worn and need refreshing, cleanliness is only just acceptable but as seems too common nowadays when order breakfast to the room items ordered are missing and quality and size of items have been reduced aswell as no sugar, condiments and missing cutlery. One year later... Have stayed several times since this review and they have taken onboard the breakfast experience issues and have greatly improved since to their credit. Increasing to 4 stars now.

Needs a pool table. Either than that good pub. Family friendly, good food and has a outside area that's good to sit at and drink a pint.
Held my husband’s 70th birthday party here a few weeks ago. Wendy & Julian were very welcoming and the buffet was superb. Very tasty, fresh and plentiful. Top marks for the curry - everyone raved over it! We went back the following day for a Sunday roast and again, excellent. Thank you to all involved and you certainly come highly recommended.

Great atmosphere. Haven't been there for years as I moved away. Back now and will be going here many times in the future. The pub is beautiful with all the traditional features. Absolute brilliant staff especially Simon Woodgate. Probably the most welcoming bar person I have ever met. So glad that I popped in and will definitely be back for many more.
Wonderful food, served in good time, staff great. Our waitress was very friendly and efficient too. Very nice local and gets really busy at weekends. I would recommend booking a table in advance.

Excellent local pub, friendly staff and plenty of live sport and good food.
Unfortunately the place has felt like it's being run into the ground for quite some time. Whether this is intentional or simply due to the lack of punters I'm not sure.

This place is very good for the price. Near to the station, easy access from the motorway, 20 minutes from the ferry terminal at Dover. Surrounded by decent places to eat but set back from the high street so it’s quiet. My room was small but kept very clean. Shared bathroom/wc which may put some off but it was fine with me. Martin, who is the manager, was very helpful. There was a lovely terrace on the first floor overlooking the car park and great to sit out on after a hot day. All in all great value and strategically placed for the channel crossings.
Very good B&B and convenient for my needs though i can't comment on breakfast as I had to leave at 5.30am.

Wonderful hosts! Comfortable room. Great breakfast!
Excellent place to stay in Ashford which is not far from the town Centre. Breakfast is amazing and the place is clean to highest standards I have seen in a BnB. I usually get anxious over staying at bed and breakfasts as families live there most the time too, however the family who live here are warm, friendly and welcoming.. I would recommend this place if seeking out a place to stay that's good value for money..

Very pleased to have found this b&b. Wanted to stay longer but fully booked. Book up as far in advance as you can. Nice rooms and food, found the shower a bit eccentric but very friendly staff and recommend a stay if you can find a vacancy.
Rather a lot of CCTV cameras of differing eras attached to the front of the property. I'm certain the proprietors and their guests must feel very assured that any would be intuders or ne'er do well's are deterred from their ways by this hefty display of surveillance. Lovely as it was, I found somewhere else to stay though.
If you would like something truly different you might like to have a look at Airbnb. These are mostly B and Bs provided by people on a very informal basis. The may have a spare room, a yurt, a cottage or a barge with space they can receive guests for a night or a month! The website is highly professional. You can really see what you are going to get. Very well worth a look. Airbnb also show 'conventional' B&Bs as well. Enjoy!
